Hi,
If i just use the clue “radius = 5” and imagine the quadrilateral as a square, I can solve it without the data given. Does that break the question in any way?
Are you suggesting that we don’t need any of the statements at all? The radius of 5 alone is not enough to establish that the perimeter of the quadrilateral is a unique value. This is a data sufficiency question and the two statements are only sufficient if we have a unique value for the perimeter.
Sure if we knew that the quadrilateral is a square that is inscribed in the circle, then just the radius alone would be enough to find the perimeter of the quadrilateral. However, that is not the case here. I hope this makes sense.
